Depending on the Collective Bargaining Agreement, either $85 per week or 35 percent of your basic weekly salary for up to 26 weeks per period of disability.
Employee Life Insurance

Pays the amount negotiated for you to your beneficiary in the event of your death. Also, has an accelerated payment feature for terminal illness.
Dependent Life Insurance
Your eligible dependents—if this benefit has been negotiated as part of your benefits*
Pays $1,000 to you in the event your spouse or dependent child dies (or $100, if the child is less than 6 months old).
Employee Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
You—if life insurance benefits have been negotiated for you*
Pays a benefit to your beneficiary in the event of your death from an accident
Pays a benefit to you if you lose the use of a body part (foot, hand, eye) in an accident
